Hey Luke,

I’m not sure if this message will ever reach you, but I just wanted to share something meaningful as I approach graduation. I’ll soon be receiving my B.S. in Environmental Science, and I wanted to thank you for the role you unknowingly played along the way.

College has definitely had its stressful moments, and during those times, your videos were a great escape for me. I still remember one night when I was up until 3 a.m. finishing assignments. I was so wired from the stress that I couldn’t even sleep afterward. That night, I came across your “6 Days Jungle Survival with US Marines” video. Watching it completely calmed me down, and ever since, it’s been my favorite video of yours. Your videos really helped me develop an even deeper appreciation for nature.

I’ve also watched uploads with your sons, and I just want to say, you inspire me to be a great dad one day. The way you spend time with your family and share those moments really stuck with me. I truly respect your choice of putting family over fame.
