Rough Steps
1. Combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water in bag
2. Squeeze batter out of bag into a mug
3. Place mug inside covered pot of boiling water for ~20 min
4. Add vanilla and sugar to heavy whipping cream and shake until thick
