Ingredients
1 thinly sliced steak (your choice of cut)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt (to taste)
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can of carrots (drained)
1 can of black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 jar of Linzano Salsa (https://amzn.to/2WQHBqG) or other of your choice
1 box of minute rice (or enough for 2-4 servings)

Instructions
Cook the Steak:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan or pot over medium-high heat.
Season the thinly sliced steak with salt and sear it in the pan until browned and cooked through (about 3-5 minutes).
Sweat the Onions and Garlic:
Add the sliced onions and minced garlic to the pan. Cook until softened (about 3-4 minutes), stirring occasionally.
Add the Vegetables:
Add the canned carrots, black beans, and Linzano Salsa to the pan. Stir well and simmer for 5-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine and heat through.
Cook the Rice:
While the stew simmers, prepare the minute rice according to the instructions on the box (usually takes about 5 minutes).
Serve:
Once the rice is ready and the dish has simmered to your liking, serve the steak and vegetable mixture over the rice.
